PLEASE DO NOT STOP TAKING YOUR INSULIN IN SUBSTITUTION OF THIS PRODUCT UNLESS UNDER A DOCTORS SUPERVISION!
I am not diabetic but my doctor got my blood work back a while ago and PRE-DIABETIC were the words out of his mouth. He didn't start me on anything, he didn't actually say anything else but I knew it was a warning sign.
I am disabled and aerobic exercise is a thing of my past since the extensive damage to my spine was diagnosed, and the wheelchair has been added to my wardrobe, but I do recommend exercises such as, pilates, yoga, chair exercises and/or anything else that will get a sedentary or bed ridden individual moving!
I started taking the Blood Sugar capsules as the bottle directed along with slow, moderate, diet changes and introducing a new type of exercise into my life that may help me save my life. Not only do I feel better, but my blood test have come back with a lower enough blood sugar rating that I am no longer PRE-DIABETIC. I will continue to watch my blood sugar, keep watching my diet and my exercise habits so I don't back slide. My disabilities are permanent, and I will most likely spend the rest of my life in some type of chronic pain, but I don't have to roll over and let it take over my health and eventually my life.
ONCE AGAIN: I would not suggest taking this product with out a doctor's advice! CHANGE isn't easy, but I AM CHOOSING LIFE...and the aforementioned actions will add to it instead of subtracting from it, which was my previous sedentary, pain ridden, feeling sorry for myself situation.
