(More customer reviews)My family just loves Kardea bars. They are a great, healthy snack that are easy to toss in a briefcase, desk drawer, or backpack. Better still, the combination of the sweetness, the chewy texture with bits of oats and fruit, and the subtle flavors -- like the spices in the chai spice -- which make them very satisfying.
The nutritional profile is excellent -- most bars pack a lot of calories and fat. These don't, they are only 150 calories and have only 5 grams of fat (0 trans fats). Plus, they have more protein and fiber than most other good-tasting bars, which is probably why they really "last" as a snack.
I love the variety pack for travel -- at home I use the full 15-bar boxes of individual flavors.

I will not write a good review if I don't believe in a product if you use this foot cream daily 2x it does work. Every year especially in the winter I get really dry cracked painful heels. I for the first time in along time have soft crack free heels. I have found my answer so I don't have to search anymore for a solution, because for me this was it. I would highly highly recommend this heel balm.

Really tasty, with a chewy texture that feels like it must be very high calorie (it's not -- these bars are only 150 calories!). The chai flavor is strong but also subtle; you can get a sense of the different spices and it is very sophisticated. The bar is vegan and made with natural ingredients, which I like, and has higher fiber and protein than many other bars (seven grams of each). It also has added plant sterols for helping manage cholesterol. While I don't have to watch my cholesterol, my husband does, and he is also happy to snack on these bars! I am glad to have found these wonderful bars.

The product that is in most generic toothpastes, sodium lauryl sulfate, is a form of soap, and can cause canker sores and an irritated mouth in some individuals. BIOTENE DOES NOT HAVE SODIUM LAURYL SULFATE. Instead, it has enzymes that help break down plaque and loosen plaque from the teeth.
