I started drinking them because i hate sugary sodas and wanted a low calorie drink that was not made with fake sweetners. They don't pack a huge amount of flavor. The flavor and the sugar is mild without an off taste that you
often find in other drinks made with other types of low cal sweetners. I enjoy it a great deal and drink it regularly.
