I made the mistake of getting one from American Medical I.D. They ended up sending me 3 glaringly defective bracelets before I finally gave up on them & found this one. Even if they had managed to make one right (which I think is impossible), it still could not compare to this one. This one weighs 23 1/2 grams compared to just 13 grams for the one from American Medical I.D. That tells you a whole lot about the quality & sturdiness of the 2 bracelets. Also - if you follow their directions regarding what you want on the bracelet they do it perfectly.
