If I'm going to be traveling I just slip in the gel packs that came with this case and it will safely keep my insulin cold as I travel! It has soo many pockets and it put together soo nicely I keep my syringes, pen needles, insulin pen, insulin vials, alcohol swabs, needle cutter, test strips, extra test strips, lancettes, meter and finger punture device all neatly and comfortably in the case. Its so wonderful I've told all my diabetic friends about it! I use it on a daily bases and it keeps all my supplies together. Both kinds of insulin fit neatly inside. This product is awsome! The best product I've purchased all year! A five star plus rating! Thank you medport for making such a awsome case for diabetics!
