(More customer reviews)I exercise daily, and I finished the entire bottle. I saw no change in my weight fluctuations. My bodyweight was basically reacting the same as it did before I took these. It seems the mode of action of these pills is to block a type of amylase which breaks down carbohydrates. Well, your body can produce more than one type of enzyme to break them down. Another thing to note here is the fact that all the 5 star reviews are people who have only reviewed THIS item, which makes me question either the integrity of the seller and/or the manufacturer of this product.
