It comes with a meter, a sample pack of test strips, this device and a sample pack of lancets. You can find the Ultra Mini just by scrolling up and looking under the items frequently viewed with this one.
The device itself is worthy of having, You get really good lancets at a reasonable price. The Delica is much better in my opinion, but this one isn't too shabby. I tend to use this one for alternate site testing, since it does a better job then anything else I have tried.
