This silky lotion is one of several products I've been using regularly and successfully for several months, in keeping a severe magnesium deficiency at bay. I've posted written reviews and comment strings on some of these products [and books] which address the body's many needs for magnesium.
According to experts on this subject, alterations of and additions to foods [and certain types of prevalent prescription medications] can work against absorption and retention of magnesium. To get around increasing difficulties of acceptance of oral supplements a few doctors have developed transdermal application offerings, meaning to input the mineral through the skin.

A few months ago, I had a written review here but deleted it. A review had been on this page prior to mine, from Julie A. Fallon who succinctly described the potency of this lotion. My written review was too detailed in contrast to Julie's, so I decided to post a video instead [5/8/10], hoping it would complement Ms. Fallon's potent words, rather than detract from them.
At 62 years old, with several serious chronic ailments related to a magnesium deficiency, I need even more help than this lotion provides. The most important other transdermal magnesium product I use faithfully is Swanson Ultra Magnesium Oil Spray. My best written review of a Mg product in on that spray. I'm still struggling with healing a great amount of damage to my body and systems, thus my desire to help others with additional information from my experience with, and research on this growing, widespread deficiency.
Though my first actual video is on YouTube, this is my first video review; both were made simply with my laptop's web cam. [Update from 5/23/10: I've redone this video, hoping to improve the lack of resolution in that first attempt.]

Apply 2 teaspoons of this gel-like lotion to your skin (feet, butt, legs...anywhere) twice daily. It will raise intracellular magnesium and DHEA hormones within about 1 month. Daily use is essential for most everyone. Very helpful for stress, depression, high blood pressure, acute & chronic pain, osteoporosis, migraine, arthritis, asthma, stroke, diabetes, immune dysfunction, arteriosclerosis, epilepsy and proper functioning of muscles, especially the heart. This lotion can be left on the skin all day or washed off after 30 minutes of use.
