It tastes great, and I don't have to struggle with changing my routine, so my diet works with me! And, because the shake has more substance than piece of fruit, or a snack bar, it gives me the same morning energy support that I need to make it to my snack time (3 hrs later).

These snacks go so quickly that my mouth is ready for more and my brain forces my eyes and hands to keep searching in obviously-empty bags. They have a light and tremendously satisfying crunch, which adds greatly to the entire experience. I will order some more right this very minute.

They also have chocolate flavor chickpeas (not in this sampler) and they are awesome. The best part is that all the tasty treats are healthy and we don't feel guilty after munching all the packs! They are an excellent healthy alternative to potato chips.

I was given a sample of Granola Gourmet at my local Whole Foods, and I was instantly hooked. These are simply THE BEST granola bars I have ever had.
Moist, flavorful, and remarkably filling, I'm totally hooked on them! The Spiced Orange Cranberry and [[ASIN:B002AJ1S1E Granola Gourmet Very Berry Granola Bars, 10-Count Bars
(Pack of 2)]] are my favorites, and my wife loves the Granola Gourmet Chocolate Espresso Granola Bars, 10-Count Bars (Pack of 2).
The fact that they are diabetic-friendly makes them even better! A friend of ours gave up wheat, dairy, and refined sugar for Lent, and was having a hard time of it. I gave him a couple of my Granola Gourmet bars, and he was hooked! Lent is long since over, and he's still eating them every week.

I eat them at room temperature, I heat them in the microwave for 5-10 seconds- and yummy- melty chocolate brownie and sometimes I freeze them when I feel like having a frozen candy bar. I keep them in my car and have them on the go.
