(More customer reviews)If you don't know how to listen to your body telling you what it needs, don't buy this one, it's not for you. As for me, this was the most effective cleanser I've ever used. I never did increase the amount of pills I took up to the full dose, and it tooke me over 3 months and a few sets of bottles to achieve the results that are now lasting over a year. It cleaned EVERYTHING in my body: my skin (which looked like a big, oily zit before and now i don't have any excess oil or zits on my face), my liver (it stopped hurting), the digestive system, kidneys, my chronic respiratory problems, chronic weakness, joint pain and discomfort, and several more. The key to using this product is being able to "hear" what your body is telling you it needs and how much. Sometimes a small dose over a longer period of time works so much better and far more effectively(even though it works much slower) than a big dose all at once, which could make you sick and cause some complications in addition to missing out on feeling really great!
