(More customer reviews)I had to use the Medicool Protectall pack in going through the airport carrying vials of vitamin B12 and B Complex, as well as needles and syringes. I disclosed the bag at the security check points in both San Francisco and Boston airports and I never had any issues carrying this onto the plane. The pack is very roomy and held all the needles and syringes. I also kept an original prescription from my doctor in the top, plastic, see through holder located under the top zipper. Airport security did check the prescription. I like the little compartment where the vials go. My only disappointment is that this is made for carrying insulin and not B complex vials which are a bit larger so the cold pack itself which goes in the fridge, did not fit my vials. Instead, I used blue ice and molded it to the styrofoam compartment. I wish that the mold for the cold pack was larger, but I'm sure that the insulin vials will fit perfectly. Still, even with this deviation, everything keep cool and safe, even through I was on the plane for 5-6 hours and had another 3 hour drive after that. I can use the cool pack to just carry preloaded shots as well and I like having the flexibility to do this. The pack is durable, I don't think it's too big and it has plenty of room for alcohol packets, band aides or whatever else you might need to carry (add'l medications, etc). I recommend this pack if you are traveling and need to keep insulin cool or other medications cool.
