(More customer reviews)I promised myself I would never buy a pill to help me loose weight. I just don't trust diet pills or herbs because of the lack of federal regulations. I have always followed a healthy low fat diet (I don't cheat) & I exercise. However, since I entered my 40's I have found I need to work out a lot harder to keep my shape (120 pounds) Most days I just don't have the energy for a 1 hour workout after chasing 2 toddlers around.
So...I went against my own ideas & bought this product hoping it would boost my energy & perhaps curve my hunger (I am hungry most of the day & I just hate feeling hungry, but I hate being fat more)
My review:
Nothing. Nadda. Zip. I took it 2 weeks & felt zero benefits. First of all don't be fooled by the fact you are getting 60-120 tablets. They want you to take 6 tablets a day!!! I didn't notice that on the outside of the box or I would not have bought it. Anyway, since I had bought it I took the recommended amount. I was worried because I do have a heart condition that causes a fast race & I do take cardiac medication. The Slimquick did not effect my heart. I did not feel any effect at all. No extra energy. No curved hunger.
I can only assume from my own experience that the good reviews you find are from women who are experiencing a placebo effect. They have willed themselves to feel an effect that just isn't there. They are also most likely very heavy & just starting to exercise
Bottom line...don't waste your money on this product. Just eat right, work out hard & be hungry :)
