My title says it all! The author talks about practical ways to manage blood sugars. Like her, I have type I diabetes, and she speaks with clarity to her readers. Horray! The book took me less than two hours to read, and it's a book I can go back to time and time again because of how well-organized it is. I just find the chapter in the index that I'm interested in, flip to it, and read.I have long been waiting for a book like this! Kudos to the author!
