(More customer reviews)I have been trying for 5 years to get a handle on headaches associated with blood sugar or insulin resistance as well as sensitivity to cold air, this worked immediately. My blood sugar numbers always looked good on a glucose meter monitored for 3 years.
I would estimate around a 98% improvement. No more headaches! Downside is that I can overeat by snacking now, which I will do my best not to do. Maybe the soil mineral depletion that we hear so much about is true. Commercial farmers don't till the soil anymore, so I am told.
