I use a clean wash cloth each day and the Hibiclens. This has prevented me from having sores and smelly body odor that is offensive to myself and others. I have recommended this item to my sister who also uses it and she is thrilled! The cheapest way to purchase this item is by buying it in the 16 oz. bottle and just refill a small bottle as necessary. This makes it easier for travel as well. I was absolutely excited to find that Amazon.com carries this item. Regular store prices are double the price Amazon gives me, even with shipping/handling. I highly recommend this item to anyone!
