It clearly explains what happens in our bodies if we have Insulin Resistant Syndrome or diabetes and what can be done, both medically and holistically. I like that it is easy to read, well organized, and one can quickly move through it. I have learned more than I expected to learn. I thought I had done a lot of research on this subject, but now I am learning the details I have been wanting. I want to get copies for my family members who are resistant to looking at what is happening to them, before it is too late. I think internists should read this, too. I have noticed by talking to others with blood sugar problems that they and their doctors have not heard of Insulin resistant syndrome.
