I'm Beth Roybal, the author. I'd like to provide a little more info about this book. MDYWWB is not just another "program." Instead, I focus on trying to help you identify the areas in your life that are most likely to make controlling type 2 diabetes difficult--and then I review strategies that you can pick and choose from to tailor your own approach. I have a vested interest in this book, as my mom has diabetes and I'm considered at risk ("prediabetes").
